Motivation

So far, I've been doing pretty well with eating and exercise. I find my motivation to exercise in my "alone time." I love alone time... I've done Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, and Tae Bo thus far.

With regards to eating, I've been doing better. I've been trying to incorporate as many fresh foods into my diet as I possibly can. Have you ever had apple wood smoked cauliflower? Because I don't overly enjoy cauliflower, but apple wood smoked cauliflower is a whole different story!

Maybe I should try to smoke all of the foods I don't like (and there are many)...

Amy's Food Ranking (5 being the top):
  1. Disgusting
  2. Eh...
  3. Good
  4. Amazing
  5. Chocolate
I'll post my exercise and food chart at the end of this week.

  1. Okay, where have you been for the past month? It is extremely difficult to follow a stagnant blog. That would defy the definition of the word "stagnant." And as an English major, I do not defy definitions of words. To do so would wound me to my very core...you know...that dark spot where my heart should be. My heart was replaced by chocolate long ago, and I have never really looked back. That creamy and sugary center has given me all the support I'll ever need to be a part of the human race. My chocolate core is also why I must consume chocolate on a daily basis. I don't want to wither away or melt into a puddle like the wicked witch of the west (I know that is what you were thinking).

Back to you and your blog. Without weekly updates, your blog, much like my chocolate core, will also wither away into nothingness. And to think, I was a loyal follower.

Also, don't you love how I used chocolate--the enemy to the mission and purpose of your blog--to illustrate my point. Yup, that's just the kind of jerk I am. Like I said before...my heart was replaced long ago.
