So, I've been the definition of bad over the last month--especially last week. I'm now back to where I started (after regaining the five pounds I lost) and ready to begin again. I will post my weekly stats with measurements, weight, calories eaten, and workouts completed next Sunday. Prepare to be amazed (in the good way, not the bad)!
